Stockist / White Label Agreement
By placing a wholesale order with Touch of Class, you agree to the following terms.
Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses including retail shops, salons, boutiques and online retailers. We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at our discretion.
Minimum Order
Our minimum wholesale order is £50.
Pricing & Recommended Retail Price
All wholesale prices are provided in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.
Stockists must sell products at or above the recommended retail price (RRP) to maintain brand value. Excessive discounting or price undercutting may result in termination of the wholesale account.
Payment Terms
Wholesale orders must be paid in full before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared.
Order Processing
As our products are handmade in small batches, wholesale orders are typically processed within 5–10 working days, depending on stock levels and production schedules.
During busy periods, production times may increase.
Product Safety & Compliance
All applicable products comply with relevant UK regulations for home fragrance and cosmetic products where required.
Stockists must sell and display products in accordance with product safety instructions and guidance provided.
Products must not be altered in any way that could affect safety or compliance.
Product Integrity Policy (No Decanting or Repackaging)
To protect product safety, traceability and brand integrity, all products must be sold exactly as supplied.
Products must not be opened, altered, decanted, split, repackaged, or relabelled under any circumstances.
This includes:
• Splitting products into smaller quantities
• Removing or replacing labels
• Mixing products with other ingredients
• Selling products as part of another product without written permission
Failure to comply with this policy may result in termination of the wholesale account.
White Label Services
We offer a white label service for businesses wishing to sell our products under their own brand.
All white label products are manufactured by Touch of Class and supplied fully labelled to ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations.
This allows retailers to sell high-quality products without manufacturing themselves.
Available White Label Products
White label options are available on selected products including:
• Wax Melts
• Carpet Freshener
• Room Sprays
• Vacuum Discs
• Cuticle Oil Pens
• Hand & Cuticle Balms
Availability may vary depending on fragrance and packaging options.
Minimum White Label Orders
White label orders require a minimum order quantity of 20 units per product or fragrance.
Label Design & Compliance
All white label labels must be produced and applied by Touch of Class to ensure regulatory compliance.
Retailers may not create, print, or apply their own labels to our products.
To create your labels, we require:
• Brand name
• Logo (high resolution)
• Website or contact details (optional)
Label designs may be adjusted where necessary to ensure legal compliance with product labelling requirements.
Cosmetic Product Compliance
For cosmetic products such as cuticle oils and hand & cuticle balms, regulatory requirements must be followed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Touch of Class remains the Responsible Person for the cosmetic formulation and products must be sold exactly as supplied.
Products must not be reformulated, repackaged or altered.
Production Lead Times
As products are handmade, white label orders typically require 2–3 weeks production time, depending on order size and fragrance selection.
Lead times may increase during busy periods.
Payment Terms for White Label Orders
White label orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Due to the customised nature of these products, white label orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
Online Sales
Stockists may sell products in their physical shop and/or their own website.
Products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms without written permission.
This helps maintain brand value and prevents price undercutting.
Returns & Damages
Orders should be inspected upon delivery.
Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence where possible.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted on opened or used products unless faulty.
Termination of Wholesale Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts if:
• These terms are breached
• Products are sold below recommended retail price
• Products are resold on unauthorised marketplaces
• Products are repackaged or altered
Updates to Terms
Touch of Class reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued ordering indicates acceptance of the current terms.
